Operating as a completely separate division is our aromatics business.

Here we produce both natural and conventional aromatics.

Further to the above, we are developing a biotech-process to produce a range of lactones, which are significantly important to the flavour industry in particular, namely gamma-decalactone and gamma-undecalactone. This program is currently under way and we are hopeful to be offering these products to the market in the next 12 months.

Conventional Aromatics
A range of esters, which are common to the flavour and fragrance compounding business in particular, are produced by ourselves, which include acetates, propionates, butyrates, benzoates and salicylates.

There are a total of 30 to 35 different esters that are produced, which compose this particular range of products.
